Eligibility: The Find Your Perfect Match Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of Texas who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Lillian Homes (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of each are not eligible to participate.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on February 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM CST and ends on March 2, 2025, at 6:00 PM CST. All entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible.
How to Enter: Participants must visit a Lillian Homes community, tour a home with a community manager, and register on-site with a valid pre-approval letter from a lender. One entry per person. No automated or third-party entries will be accepted.
Winner Selection & Notification: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on March 3, 2025. The winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize: The winner will receive a $500 gift card. No cash or other substitutions will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable.
General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to abide by the official rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or attempts to tamper with the entry process.
Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other errors that may affect the administration or outcome of the Sweepstakes.
Governing Law: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ellis County, Texas.
